   Billing Module is used to calculate statistic of howmany advertiser and publisher are involved in particular advertisement.The administrator only wil set the cost for each advertisement.the administrator set revenue to the publisher. by using this module the advertiser can see the  previous month cost sand pay the amount for current month.through paypal,the advertiser pay amount to the administrater.this module store all history of payment.
